What is the COVKID Project?

The purpose of the Coronavirus in Kids (COVKID) Tracking and Education Project is to monitor and compile epidemiologic surveillance data on COVID-19 in children and teens. We aim to present timely data in formats that are accessible and useful for clinicians, public health practitioners, policymakers, elected officials, and journalists.

Our team of has conducted original research on estimating the population infection proportion of SARS-CoV-2 among children in the United States.

The COVKID Project is a program of the Women's Institute for Independent Social Enquiry (WiiSE), a nonpartisan, progressive think tank whose mission is to foster a just society through independent social science, humanities, arts, and public policy research.

We need your support. Please consider a small donation to sustain this all-volunteer effort while we seek grant funding for longterm continuity of The COVKID Project.
